Crosspost Connector - Terms of Service

Welcome to Crosspost Connector ("Service"), owned and operated by E-Green Apps Company Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service - including its API, dashboard, website, and any related features - you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You agree that the email you provide is accurate and kept current.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API keys.

2. Use of the Service

  • You may use the Service only as permitted by law and these Terms.
  • You retain all rights to content you post through the Service; you grant us a limited license to transmit, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
  • You must have the necessary rights to post any content to third-party social platforms through our APIs.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  2. Interfere with other users or the integrity of the Service.
  3. Use the Service to send spam, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.
  4. Exceed rate limits, scrape, or abuse the API.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

4. Fees & Billing

Usage is metered. Fees, rates, and payment schedules are shown in the dashboard and may change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed via Stripe.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Your posts are subject to the terms and policies of each social-media platform. We are not responsible for platform actions such as removals, rate limits, or bans. If you use the Service in connection with YouTube, you acknowledge that the Service uses YouTube API Services and agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

7. Intellectual Property

Our software, trademarks, and branding are our exclusive property.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Green Apps Company Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account at our discretion for any breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect.
