Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Crosspost Connector account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

• Sign in to your dashboard, go to Account Settings, and select "Delete Account", or
• Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"

What gets deleted

Upon request, we permanently delete: your account profile, connected social-media tokens and handles, project data, and usage logs within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by applicable law.

Third-party platform data

Deleting your Crosspost Connector account also revokes our access tokens to any connected platforms (including TikTok). To fully remove Crosspost Connector's access from your TikTok account, you can also revoke access directly from your TikTok app settings under "Manage apps that can access your account".
