Crosspost Connector - Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

  • Email address - provided when you sign in
  • Project data - project names, API keys, connected social-media tokens and handles
  • Usage logs - timestamps of API calls, destinations, and basic error data
  • Payment info - billing email address and Stripe customer IDs (we never store full card numbers)

If you connect a Google/YouTube account, we also collect and store Authorized Data returned by YouTube API Services (for example: channel identifiers, account metadata, and OAuth tokens) as needed to provide the features you enable.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Crosspost Connector service
  • Meter and bill usage
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or outages

3. Login & Cookies

Authentication is via email/password or one-time email code. We use essential cookies for session management and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. YouTube API Services

Crosspost Connector uses YouTube API Services when you connect YouTube. By connecting a YouTube account, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. See the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy

Crosspost Connector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data obtained through YouTube API Services to train or improve any generalized AI/ML models, and we do not sell such data to third parties.

5. When We Share

  1. Infrastructure providers - Supabase and our hosting provider, required to run the service
  2. Payment processor - Stripe, to handle subscriptions and metered charges
  3. Legal authorities - if and when required by law

We never sell or rent your information.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

7. Your Choices (Including YouTube Data)

  • Access / update your data any time in the dashboard
  • Disconnect any connected social account in the dashboard at any time
  • Revoke access via Google: https://myaccount.google.com/connections - filters=3,4&hl=en
  • Delete your account whenever you wish; data is removed within 30 days (billing records retained as required by law)
